Chief Apostle Barbara Stewart

 

Apostle Barbara Stewart is a native of New York City, She is the mother of five children, four daughters and one son, 18 grandchild, and 12 great grandchildren. Apostle Stewart is the founder of Tabernacle Apostolic Mission Inc.. This is a ministry that will offer help to those in need, training to churches, lay men and women, assist everyone in spiritual growth and life applications. She is also here to set up food programs, job programs, and teach men, women, and children how to live a “saved” life. Apostle Stewart is also the founder of “Working Together In Unity” Organization, Which was established on July 28th 2004. The coalition’s purpose is to unify churches, ministries, evangelists, teachers, and religious vendors in an effort to fulfill their mission and further the Gospel of Jesus Christ through shared resources and support.

Apostle Stewart accepted the Lord at an early age, and still continues to serve him actively. She was called into the ministry at the age of 18. She was a member of Tabernacle Church of Deliverance for all People Inc. under Rev. Joseph T. Bright Jr. While under his leadership, she became licensed 1996, ordained as a reverend in 1997, and ordained as an overseer in 2002, then confirmed as a Chief Apostle in 2007.

Apostle Stewart received her religious education through attending seminars and taking bible study courses at Manhattan Bible Institute of New York City, Boyes Theology in Newport News, Virginia. She was awarded an Honorary Doctoral Degree in Theologian from Women in Power Inc. by Dr. Inetta J. Cooper from South Carolina.

Apostle Stewart’s motto is “It’s God’s way, or no way at all”. She is willing to help any and every one who needs it.
